Biography

Graham Barber serves on the Steering Committee for the OASIS Open CSA Member Section; his term extends to April 2009.

Mr. Barber is Program Director – SOA Partnerships of the Software Standards organization at IBM Corporation, where he is responsible for coordinating IBM's standards and collaboration activities in SOA. He has over 25 years of software development experience in the enterprise middleware field.

Mr. Barber has held senior management and executive positions for IBM Corporation in the technology and product areas of PC Software, CICS, MQSeries and Java. He previously held IBM’s Java Community Process Executive Committee seat (SE/EE) for 2 years.
Based in the United Kingdom, Mr. Barber holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Portsmouth University.
